Overview
I independently led the recovery and expansion of a Control4 smart home installation worth over $75,000 in New Jersey. The original installer had abandoned the project, leaving the system incomplete and the client deeply frustrated. As a last resort, the client turned to me, at 15, I restored it, then maintained and extended it over the following years.
- ➡️ Delivered a unified, user-friendly control experience across the system, improving automation reliability by eliminating the programming errors I kept running into
- ➡️ Added AI-powered CCTV with real-time alerts, cutting false alarms by ~90% and enabling remote access through a secure mobile interface
